Overdue invoices sent in error

Tuesday 14th January 2020

A number of customers have been mistakenly sent emails stating that their invoice(s) is overdue when it has in fact already been paid. If you have paid your invoice please accept our apologies and ignore the email. This error appears to have arisen since a major system upgrade. We are urgently investigating the issue and expect a resolution in the next 48 hours. In the meantime, if you have any doubts about whether your invoice has been paid, please call us.
